Choreographing Transformation

For nearly 20 years, my work has been in service to cultural organizing. As an equity and belonging specialist, I partner with a range of organizations and communities from the arts, education, non profit and private sector. I guide collaborative teams, casts and collectives towards impactful and sustainable belonging, where equity just makes sense for folks to do their best work.

Training the next generation of artists, educators, and organizers at the intersections of belonging and imagination, I have designed multiple courses, workshops, programs and systems of change for hundreds of professionals and students to develop skill in recognizing systemic inequity, listening for understanding, comfort in discourse on difficult topics, personal accountability for mindful speech, and building meaningful connectivity across difference.

There is where I shine:

  • Implementing, "Acquainting the Bones," a Sustainable Equity and Belong Action-Building System

  • Strategic Communication and Story-telling

  • Intergenerational Community-Building

  • Immersive, Site-informed and Theatrical Performance Works

  • Operations and Dynamic Team Consulting

  • Collaborative Vision and Project Management
